The Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival is a star-studded, two-night concert series.

The Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival is held on Memorial Day weekend which highlights five days of events. It boasts a truly unique and unforgettable three-in-one experience featuring live music performances, comedy shows, beach parties.

19th annual Soul Beach Music Festival announces super star headliner John Legend and r&b starlet Ella Mai bringing everything bravura front and center! Also gracing the stages this year, Charlie Wilson, H.E.R. DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Deon Cole on comedy night.

The Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival is a star-studded, two-night concert series that has featured such artists as Mary J. Blige, Tony Braxton, Alicia Keys, Sinbad, Jennifer Hudson, Ne-yo, Babyface, Robin Thicke, Charlie Wilson,Trey Songz, The Isley Brothers, featuring Ronald and Ernest Isley, singer-songwriter Fantasia and Jazmine Sullivan, Usher, The Roots, and Cedric the Entertainer!

This festival is also popular for its after club parties at night and beach parties during the day.

The Aruba Summer Music Festival features international Grammy award winning artists as well as Aruba’s best bands!

The Aruba Summer Music Festival is an annual festival held during the last week of June which is attended by hundreds of locals and visitors. Held at Harbor Square Arena, it featured electrifying performances by international Latin Grammy award winners as well as Aruba’s best local bands, all presenting a variety of musical genres.

Latin music fans are thrilled about the lineup for this year’s Aruba Summer Music Festival, featuring top salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and soca artists. In just four years, the ASMF has evolved into one of the most anticipated and largest Latin music festivals in the Caribbean and South America.

Opening the festival are Ozuna, Nacho, and three of Aruba’s most popular bands — Buleria, NFuzion, and D’ Licious. The second night of the ASMF will feature Victor Manuelle, Fonseca, Eddy Herrera, and Felipe Pelaez.

Soca music takes over on the final night with Kes, from Trinidad & Tobago, joined by local soca favorites Le Groove and Tsunami.

Previous headliners were top names in the Latin music scene such as Pitbull, Carlos Vives, Jerry Rivera, Elvis Crespo, Nicky Jam, Carlos Vives, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, Gente de Zona, Juan Luis Guerra, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Maluma, and Zion & Lennox.

BONBINI FESTIVAL:  Bonbini means “Welcome!” in Papiamento, and this weekly folkloric music and dance festival is the perfect introduction to the warmth and hospitality of Aruba’s people.  The Bonbini Festival takes place in downtown Oranjestad in the outdoor courtyard of Fort Zoutman, Aruba’s oldest building.  Catch the flavor of the island, its history, people, music, and cuisine during this entertaining event held every Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

 

CARUBBIAN FESTIVAL: starting date to be announced. The Carubbian Festival takes place in San Nicolas every Thursday night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., showcasing the multicultural charms of Aruba’s “Sunrise City.”  The center of activities is a stage area around which the audience can relax and enjoy a taste of delicious Aruban and Caribbean cuisine and a parade of local entertainers. Closed to traffic, the main street is a pedestrian mall filled with colorful booths selling food, handicrafts, and souvenirs, with fun activities for the whole family. Packages including round-trip transportation are sold at hotels.

Beach tennis is on of the fastest growing sports in the world, and Aruba was the first Caribbean island to embrace it. The event is the biggest and most popular beach teniss event held in the world, attracting over 1,000 professional and amatuer players from around the globe who come not just for the beach tennis action but alsofor exciting ambiance, music, and events on the white sands of Eagle Beach.

Aruba Beach Tennis Open

Last year a record number of 50 participants came from Italy—the birthplace of beach tennis and Brazil, another big player, sent over 250 participants. This year the participating countries are:  Argentina,  Aruba,  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bonaire, Brazil, Canada, Curacao, France, Germany, Guadaloupe, Italy, Netherlands, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin (French part), Slovenia, Spain, United States, and  Venezuela. With competitions taking place on 35 courts this event certainly is the biggest beach tennis competition of the world!

Confirmed names include: Ruben Blades, Maceo Parker, Zuco 103, Jesse van Ruller Trio, nG la banda, Corey Henry & the Funk Apostles and Shirma Rouse, with many more to be announced. remaining a cultural event, the CSJF 2017 offers a refreshed variety of tasty food and arts that mark the Caribbean. For the fifth time, the Renaissance Festival Plaza will be the throbbing heart of the festival. Located on the seaside of Oranjestad, this venue will once again welcome our visitors with its scenic sunsets and soothing sea breeze. besides being the main area for the festival,the plaza is your stop for several pre- and after parties.

The festival ignites Aruba’s music scene with an impressive lineup of international and local jazz, Latin, soul, and funk musicians at Renaissance Marketplace. It is not only about music; the vibrating atmosphere, food stands, and numerous bars make this an unforgettable, unique experience. There is a four-day warm-up preceding the festival held at smaller, intimate venues. Famous featured artists at past festivals include George Benson, Candy Dulfer, David Sanborn, Chaka Khan, Oscar d’ Leon, Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Prince Royce, Grupo Niche, Earth, Wind & Fire Experience and Kool & the Gang.
